Dear Sir,
I am a Big Tv subscriber ( customer ID-200526536879).The connection is on the name of Asha Devi.
I am writing to you because i am really harrowed with the kind of response i have been getting by the customer care people of Big Tv.My cabel has NO SIGNAL since last over one week and its been more than five times(13th,15th,16th ,17th,18th of july).
I have already informed about the same at your end.Last time I spoke to Mr.Kumar Saurabh and he commited that it will be resolved by today.Apparently when i m trying to get in touch with him,he is not taking my call.
I am really disappointed with this and I would really appriciate if anyone can look into the matter and have it resolved or even if it's difficult for you please let us know so that i can get any other cabel connection.
